Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy — by design
The scan itself is free. Before paying anything, you see a summary of how many images on your website were classified as High, Medium, Low, or Unknown risk. You only pay the one-time $49 if you decide you want the full report.
2. Digital content delivered immediately
The full report is digital content that is generated and delivered immediately after payment — on your results page, by email, and as a PDF download. Because the product is consumed upon delivery, purchases are generally final once the report has been delivered.
3. When we do refund
We will refund your purchase in full if:
- the report fails to generate or is never delivered to you, or
- the report is materially defective (e.g. empty or corrupted despite a successful scan), and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time.
To request a refund, email support@imgcompliance.com within 14 days of your purchase and include your Scan ID. We usually respond within a few hours.
4. What is not covered
- Disagreement with the risk classification of individual images. The report provides automated risk indicators; false positives and false negatives are possible and are disclosed before purchase (see our Disclaimer).
- Scans of websites that turned out to have fewer images than expected — the summary shows the image count before you pay.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues quickly and would rather refund a legitimate complaint than have you go through a dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in the report link being disabled.
