Automated indicators, not verdicts

Risk classifications are produced by automated analysis (reverse image search, stock platform matching, metadata analysis). They can be wrong in both directions:

• False positives: an image flagged as High risk may be properly licensed — for example, if you bought a stock license that we cannot see.
• False negatives: an image not flagged may still be unlicensed — for example, if it is not indexed by reverse image search.

A report is therefore a prioritized checklist for your own review, not a determination of infringement, and a clean result is not a guarantee that no claims will arise.

Your responsibility

Decisions about keeping, licensing, replacing, or removing images — and about responding to any demand letter or claim — remain your responsibility. For legal questions about copyright, fair use, the DMCA, or a specific claim, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Coverage limits

Scans cover up to 20 publicly accessible pages and up to 100 images per scan. Content behind logins, paywalls, or bot protection is not analyzed. Third-party data sources used during scanning may change over time, so repeated scans can produce different results.
